Materials: organic cotton knit, wool batting, embroidery floss, mohair yarn, wool felt, cotton print fabric, jute cord

This doll is made in the Waldorf tradition using 100% organic cotton doll skin knit, stuffed with pure wool, with embroidered face and button jointed limbs. Her hair is in a fixed braid wig made of mohair. Her hat is made of jute cord with embroidered felt flowers. She is wearing a hand dyed pinafore with antique button and loop closure, over a calico dress. Underneath, she is wearing black stockings and bloomers. Her boots are made of wool felt and lace up. She is carrying a tapestry "carpet bag" trimmed in wool felt with an antique button and loop closure. Also included is a nightie that fits in her carpet bag.

I am so delighted with my Anne of Green Gables doll, custom made for me. The artist does exquisite work and the communication and services were excellent.
